Expertise That Gives You an Advantage, Whether Buying, Selling, or Refinancing

Qualifications
My professional career began when I established my own law office in the Seattle area. After twelve years of legal work emphasizing real estate, construction, contract and business law, I entered business and received management and investment training from such companies as Xerox and the Bank of Boston.

My extensive legal, business and real estate background, coupled with my knowledge of the mortgage business, sets me apart from the typical realtor and mortgage broker. I find buyers the most appropriate loan for their specific needs, and then use my contract negotiation skills to help them purchase their home. These skills benefit buyers and sellers alike, and give my clients an definite edge.

Gerlt Real Estate Services

Specialization
I specialize in representing both buyers and sellers of single-family residences and income property within the greater San Francisco Bay Area, and particularly the cities of Pleasanton, San Ramon, Danville, Walnut Creek, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Hayward, Livermore, Brentwood and Tracy.

I am especially adept at helping my buyer clients become homeowners with nothing down, and very little cash at closing. It gives me tremendous satisfaction to assist first time home buyers!
